In early 2008, Legend & Seth Cleaning Services Pte Ltd was born, out of a marriage between
Legend Security and Seth Exhibition Cleaning Services. This partnership undoubtedly enlarged
our service portfolio, allowing Legend Group to truly provide an integrated “One-stop” service to
all our clients and increasing their value chain.

Helmed by Eddie Khoo (Managing Director), a veteran in the convention and exhibition cleaning
industry with more than 30 years experience under his belt, Legend & Seth Cleaning Services Pte
Ltd will bear our hallmark of excellence – flawless execution and ensuring our inimitable style of
service delivery.

With this merger and new entity, Legend & Seth Cleaning Services Pte Ltd will now be in a stronger
position to offer our clients a more comprehensive range of cleaning and security services, as these
two business areas are closely linked. Fresh investments will be made to scale up our cleaning
operations in terms of equipment, machinery, technology and manpower training.

We will also pioneer new cleaning and maintenance programs as we grow, but will remain true to
our vision – to become a truly integrated security and security-related service provider, with strong
customer focus and industry-driven needs. Together with our parent company, we would ultimately
like the Legend brand to be synonymous with premium quality care and dependability.
